Can you try your monitor, cable and video card in another computer? Have you recently added any new hardware or made any physical changes to your system? I actually don’t hear any beeps at all. I am currently using a hp lcd monitor which works fine with my older system. Have you tried using the onboard graphics without installing your video card?

All i see is a blank screen even though ga-v31m-s2l cpu and psu and hdd is running. Let us know if you have any problems.

Don’t assume that any components are good. Sometimes you need to remove the cmos battery and clear the cmos for an extended period of time, possibly several hours or overnight.
